Flat rate of 1500€ inc VAT covers :

- Inclusion of corporate literature in the Symposium Bags provided to delegates
- Inclusion of Company Logo on Symposium website
- 1 full registration : scientific sessions, lunches, breaks, receptions, banquet
- 9m² (3*3m approx) floor space within the poster hall
- Posterboards
- One table, 4 chairs
- Electricity outlets for max 1kW

Please note that:

- Symposium Proceedings are excluded from this tarif
- Exhibitors must have their own insurance. The organizers and the conference center cannot be held responsible for any damage or theft.
- Proof of insurance must be brought to the conference
- exhibits to be installed Monday afternoon (after 15h00)
